Where is your training centre?

The Systematix training centre is in Reading, Berkshire, however, we train on-site throughout the UK.

What training options are available?

We offer Public Scheduled Courses in Reading and on-site training throughout the UK. And with the use of laptop computers, this means we can train anywhere at anytime.

We have lots of staff who need training. Can you help?

Most definitely! We would be pleased to help. Initially, we would suggest a phone consultation with a training advisor.

What if we want to hold a course on-site but we don’t have a suitable room with PCs installed?

Laptops can be provided to allow any room to be used. We have laptops for hire, these typically cost £30 per laptop (plus VAT). Contact us for more details.

What’s included in the price?

• Refreshments are provided at morning and afternoon breaks and lunch (if you attend a course at the training centre)
• Full course manual with exercise files available for download
• Un-limited email support following your course
• Course attendance certificate

How do you decide if someone is suitable to attend a certain level of course?

We can help with assessing what level of experience the delegate currently has and what their needs are. If you have a larger group we can provide free training needs analysis (TNA) services to stream the groups and customise the courses.

Do you do one to one training?

Yes, we do many one-to-one courses. For many situations this can be a cost effective form of training.

Can you offer help and advice about any day to day tasks and how to perform them?

With our tailored courses, we can offer coaching in your daily tasks to help you to understand how to apply your new skills. For example, how to automate spreadsheets, query databases, and prepare presentations etc.

What times do the courses run?

Our courses normally run from 9.30am to 4.30pm, with short refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon, with just under an hour for lunch. For private courses we can offer different start and finish times if you prefer.

Do your prices include VAT?

No, VAT must be added to all the prices listed on our website.

What software training materials do you provide?

For our public courses, you will receive a high quality manual with your exercise files. Tailored courses may sometimes differ slightly, we will agree this with you when booking the course.

How many delegates will there be on the course?

Public scheduled courses normally have an average of 6 delegates. Private course numbers are by agreement.
